Philip is the Director and seasoned investment specialist with more than 25 years' experience across capital raising, distribution, and alternative investments in both public and private markets. His career includes senior roles at Macquarie, Credit Suisse, Russell Investments, and Stropro. Philip's deep expertise in fund distribution, structured investments, and adviser partnerships has helped expand access to institutional-grade investment opportunities for Australian investors.

James Simpson

Director

James has extensive experience across funds management, capital raising, and alternative investments. We are highly selective about the opportunities we choose to represent.

Before accepting a capital raising mandate, every opportunity undergoes a rigorous internal review process. We assess the investment manager or sponsor across a range of factors, including the quality and experience of the management team, investment strategy, governance framework, track record, alignment of interests, risk management and institutional readiness.

This disciplined approach helps ensure we only represent opportunities that meet the standards expected by our network of wholesale investors, family offices and institutional capital allocators.

As a result, only a limited number of mandates are accepted and made available for further consideration.
